Alchemist Penguin

 The Penguin Alchemist, Chryso walked through the snowy shorelines of his winter homeland. "It took me a lot longer then I thought, but I finally got some lead to work on my experiments with." Chryso said to himself as he looked upon the chunk of heavy ore that he had collected. However, before he could really enjoy the fruits of his work. The sky turned red, and a massive rock could be seen in the sky. "Oh no..." Chryso said in shock and awe. It splintered the ground when it hit, causing massive glaciers to rise from the ground. "Finally..." said an unknown etherial voice, Chryso noticed that there were strange creatures in the ice. Chryso recognized the lizards in the ice from his studies.

   These were Dinosaurs, great beasts that ruled the world long ago. They were long thought to have been extinct, that apparently is not the case. "Finally, after untold eons. We have returned, after uncounted millennia from our long slumber. We shall now reclaim our world, and destroy all who would dare deny us." The strange voice continued, then Dinosaurs came out of the ice. "Oh no, I was so looking forward to trying to turn this lead into gold." Chryso said in displeasure as he pulled out his flintlock pistol. Chryso charged towards the horde of Dinosaurs, and fired his gun, the smaller dinosaurs fell easily beneath his shots. But the larger ones took more shot in order to fell them.

   "You will not conquer my world!" Chryso yelled in defiance. The Dinosaurs were eventually driven back, but when Chryso tried to give chase. Some manner of strange magic kept him from pursuing. "We will not be denied little one. This world was ours, and through blood, fire and steel, we shall reclaim it! So says Tyrannous Indominous, Wraith-King of all Dinosaurs!" The voice said, finally naming himself. "I have to stop these monsters. But I'm just one little Penguin, and on top of that these blasted shields are keeping me from warning my village!" Chryso said in frustration.

   Little did Chryso know, that this fight was only the beginning. For months on end, he would fight wave after wave of Dinosaurs, who as time went on inexplicably advanced there technology. As did Chyrso, as he used his knowledge of alchemy and weapon making to hold the Dinosaurs back with greater (and often obscured) weapons. No one knows if he is still alive, but the world isn't ruled by the dinosaurs again so that's a possibility.
